Match Bookings

Please read these notes carefully before proceeding:-

Requests for match booking are only accepted on a first come first served basis. We do not accept a standard booking of a venue for each season you must apply every year.

Requests for match bookings are only accepted between 1st September and 28th February for bookings from 1st March to 15th of June in the following season. Late bookings cannot be accepted due to production issues with our match calendar.

Bookings will be displayed on our website and issued on the printed match calendar to tackle dealers.

For the benefit of our members it is the responsibility of the organising club or league to place warning notices at all entrances or car parks etc at least 24hrs in advance of a match being fished on our waters.

All notices and pegs to be collected up after the match.

Nails must NOT be used to attach pegs to the ground. Please use card or self adhesive labels.

All bookings are subject to a 50% cancellation fee once they have appeared on our website or in the printed match calendar unless cancellation is due to flood or weather conditions.

Please apply for bookings either in writing using the web form to the booking secretary whose address will be found on our booking form below, or via the Email address as instructed on the booking application form. (preferred option).

No matches can be considered booked until a confirmation booking receipt is received.

Notes: Please refer to the water lists for description and location of the waters.

Minimum charge for outside clubs on all venues is 20 pegs (£60) or £3 per peg for matches from 21 pegs to 49 to reserve exclusive use of the waters for the day.

On venues that have less than 20 pegs a £3 per peg fee will apply.

All bookings will be listed in our match calendar list and published on our web site. Matches of 50 pegs or more are charged at £2 or a minimum charge of £100.
