The otter fence project at Tockenham Lake is now complete and fully operational. A few finishing touches remain, such as fitting the last brackets, but the fence is secure. Please note: access to the lake is via an inner gate, which must be kept closed at all times after entering or leaving.

 

Extensive work has also been carried out around the lake, including laying and rolling many tons of stone across access areas and car parks, as well as installing new drainage pipes and ditches in the surrounding woodland to improve water management.
